General Membership Meeting

UPDATE: The officers and board of directors as well as the bylaws changes were unanimously approved at our meeting on May 20.

On May 20, 2025, The Stockade Association will have its annual meeting for all Stockade Association members to vote on the board of directors and officers and proposed changes to the Bylaws. The meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. with a pre-meeting mingle at 6:30. It will be held at The Stockade Inn on Church Street.

To ensure we have quorum, for members who are unable to attend the meeting in person, we would ask you to please complete the online proxy form.

The proposed slate for the 2025 election is:

Bylaws Revisions:
The Board of Directors is proposing bylaws revisions including some housekeeping items; merger and revision of responsibilities for certain committees and officer positions; incorporation of electronic meeting permission for membership meetings; the ability for the board to have 7, 9 or 10 directors; and other other modifications. These revisions will be discussed at the meeting and subject to a vote of the membership. View proposed revisions here.
