Stockade Association Incentive Grant Program: Focus on SIDEWALKS

The Stockade Association Board is resuming its Incentive Grant Program. The new version is focusing on the repair or replacement of sidewalks and the rights of way (space between the sidewalk and the curb) only. Grants will be up to $500 per applicant.

**Requirements for Grant Applicants**

• Applicant must be a member of the Stockade Association.
• Applications must be submitted BEFORE work starts.
• Plans must have the proper permits from the city, including the Historic District Commission.
• Plans must meet the guidelines of the Stockade Comprehensive Streetscape Plan (see pp. 29-30).

Applicants are encouraged to use the city’s sidewalk improvement program, but it is not required. Deadline for completion will be negotiated based on the project timeline.
