Thanks to everyone who came out for Tavern Night and who helped with the luminaries!

Join us in commemorating the 336th anniversary of the Schenectady Massacre on Saturday, Feb. 7, with a luminary display culminating in a festive Tavern Night at the Stockade Inn. The Stockade was home to many pubs and saloons in its early years; travel back to the ambiance of early taverns at this special Stockade Association event. The Schenectady Massacre happened on Feb. 8, 1690, a cold and snowy night. Many houses were burned and 60 residents killed by French and Native American allies from Canada.
