Tree Lighting – Lawrence 2020

The Annual Tree Lighting will take place at 5:30pm on Sunday, December 6 at Lawrence, the traffic circle at Ferry and Front Streets. Father Matthew Stromberg, rector of St. George’s Church, will bless the tree.

All children in attendance will wave magic wands to light the tree, donated by the Saratoga Tree Nursery and sponsored this year by Schenectady Heritage Foundation. We’ll sing carols and finish off the celebration with refreshments compliments of Arthur’s and the Stockade Association. Since we cannot gather indoors this year, refreshments will be enjoyed outside of Arthur’s where we will inaugurate the pass-through window. Hot cocoa and cookies will be served. Save the date!
