Stockade Walkabout 2024

SAVE THE DATE and join us for the 2024 Stockade Walkabout!

This fall house tour in Schenectady’s Historic Stockade provides a unique chance to step inside some of the unique homes in New York State’s first historic district.

The 59th Stockade Walkabout is Saturday September 28, 2024, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Walkabout will also feature music and costumed characters, new exhibits at the Schenectady County Historical Society and exhibits of artifacts left behind by early residents.

Enjoy a fall stroll through Schenectady’s original settlement nestled along the Mohawk River.
